Brachioplasty

This is a 52 year old female who is 2 1/2 years out of a Total Body Makeover. She was a post massive weight loss patient with significant excess of skin and fat on the abdomen. She underwent an Around-the-World tummy tuck, which removed 11.5 pounds of skin and fat, a Bilateral Breast Reduction then subpectoral placement of 400cc saline implants, a vertical Brachioplasty, and an Upper BackLift with Liposuction of the back. Her bra size changed from a 46DD to a 36C and she is currently wearing a size 6-8.
