Rhinoplasty

This is a 54 year old female 8 months after a Facelift, Necklift, and Rhinoplasty. A septoplasty and turbinectomy was performed at the same time to improve her breathing. Cosmetic softening of the dorsum of the nose was performed to improve the profile of the nose.
